As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us explicitly of your decision – for example, by email, telephone, or using a withdrawal form provided by us.
In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal declaration. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the cost of returning the goods must be borne by you.
Please note: The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the European Union. International purchases are excluded from returns.
