Vakuum / barometer with increased accuracy in the vacuum range, with pressure connection and another connection as a pressure compensation instrument.
General:
In addition to the pressure connection, the ECO240-VAC has another connection that functions as a pressure compensation element between the external pressure and the internal pressure of the housing. This means that no dangerous internal pressure can build up during evacuation and, on the other hand, when the vacuum is released, no particles can get into the interior of the device, as the pressure compensation element acts as an extremely find pore filter.
Applications:
Packaging machine control, monitoring of vacuum potting processes, traceable reference for ambient conditions / meteorology, smartphone & GPS or flying altimeter.
The vacuum meter is also suitable for tough use in industrial packaging machines, in which, for example, >1000 packaging processes per hour take place. To check the vacuum packaging, the device itself is packed and evacuated. Read the display - done!
The minimum vacuum achieved can be read off min. value display even after unpacking.
The buttons can be automatically deactivated when there is negative pressure: Even when evacuated in foil, the buttons are not actuated by negative pressure.
The meter has a 1/8" universal port for the use of different pressure connections.
