FIBERFOX X-TREME EBC25, 4-Channel Multimode Fiber Optic Cable
The FIBERFOX X-TREME EBC25 4CH fiber optic cable is cut-resistant thanks to its double jacket with glass yarn and also offers rodent protection. The use of aramid yarn provides excellent strain relief. The cable is encased in a black PUR outer jacket, making it suitable for outdoor applications. FIBERFOX X-TREME is suitable for a wide range of applications, including lighting, networking, public address, video, broadcasting, defense and government, railway, and petrochemical. Its innovative design enables use in challenging environments where consistent performance and absolute reliability are critical.
The FIBERFOX EBC25 series has an enhanced temperature resistance of -46°C to +71°C. The connector dimensions fully comply with the specifications of the MIL-DTL-83526 standard and are compatible with other connectors that use this standard.
FIBERFOX X-TREME is available in both multimode and singlemode.
Thanks to expanded beam technology and precise optical alignment, the system offers high immunity to dust, mud, liquids, and other contaminants. The hermaphroditic, self-compatible FIBERFOX coupling eliminates the need for adapters and male and female connectors. The cable connector is delivered pre-assembled and is not available as a separate part. The finished cable is available in standard lengths and is packaged either on a drum or on an air-core spool.
Versions are available in cable lengths, as an air-core spool, or with a cable drum (please select when ordering!).
