To set the timer, press the numbered buttons for hours, minutes and seconds.
To start the timer, press the START/MEM button. Once the countdown time has elapsed, the alarm will sound continuously and the display will flash. The timer will continue to count up, stopping once it has reached 99 hours, 99 minutes and 99 seconds after the set time has elapsed unless STOP/CLEAR is pressed.
The timer will remember the last entered time which can be recalled by one press of the START/MEM button.
The large digital display and loud audible alarm, with variable volume control, is ideal in busy professional kitchens. The countdown kitchen timer is programmable via the keypad, allowing the user to set times up to 99 hours, 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
