Each kit contains a two-channel WiFi data logger for remote monitoring. It’s paired with two type K thermocouple probes for oven monitoring - the Q series Penetration Probe and the Smokehouse Cooking Probe.
The kit also comes with a free magnetic mount and protective silicone boot to ensure your logger is stored safely and protected from water, dust and damage.
