These devices allow you to reliably monitor key physico-chemical parameters of liquids and solutions such as pH, conductivity, salinity and oil quality.

    pH meters are stand-alone instruments with a display, used directly on site or in the laboratory. pH transmitters convert the sensor signal into a standard signal (e.g. 4…20 mA) for connection to process control systems. pH and redox electrodes are the actual sensors, plugged into the meter or transmitter and selected according to medium, temperature range and chemical load.

    Key factors include measuring range, required accuracy, temperature range, type of medium (e.g. drinking water, process water, aggressive media, food), electrode design and chemical resistance. The calibration concept (one- or multi-point calibration, buffer system) is also important.     Conductivity meters are used to determine the salt or ion content of solutions, for example in cooling, process and drinking water, in the chemical industry or in food production. Pure water meters are designed for very low conductivities, e.g. in laboratory, pharmaceutical or semiconductor applications where even the smallest impurities must be detected.

    Salinity meters are used in aquaculture, the food industry, environmental monitoring and seawater applications to determine salt content. Oil analyzers are used to assess oil quality in hydraulic systems, gearboxes, engines or frying oils, helping to plan maintenance intervals based on actual condition and to ensure product quality.

    Yes, the range extends from portable handheld devices for on-site measurements to benchtop instruments for laboratory and quality control, and to transmitters for installation in control panels or in the field. Many process instruments offer current or bus interfaces (e.g. 4…20 mA, RS-485/Modbus) to integrate measurement values directly into control or monitoring systems.
